Your details, and your patients' data
This notice explains what SARS ERP SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED ("SARS ERP Solutions", "we") does with the details you send through this website, and what a SARS HIS installation shares with us. It is written in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What you send us through this website
When you ask for a demo, we receive your name, role, hospital, mobile number, email, city and state, and the number of beds, modules and best time to call you if you give them. We also receive any message you write, the page and campaign you came from, and your device's internet address, which we keep to spot misuse.
What we use it for
- To contact you about the demo you asked for, and to prepare a plan and quote for your hospital.
- To follow up on that conversation. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
We do not sell your details or share them with anyone outside SARS ERP Solutions, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests while we are talking with your hospital, and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Patients' data in SARS HIS
SARS HIS runs on a server the hospital chooses, and the patient records stay there. A linked installation sends our support team only counts and health: number of users, today's visits and inpatients, last backup, database size, free disk space and software version. That lets us spot problems early. Names, clinical details and financial details are never sent to us. The hospital is the data fiduciary for its patients' data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Write to us and we will act within 30 days.
